I am curious as to why you ask on this site and you multiply your question to boot. You must be after some form of publicity because to get the planning, if it has planning permission and I would guess it hasn't, you will have used a whole team of surveyors and will know to the penny what is going to be your slice of the cake when you sell it. Perhaps it is not your land and you want to know how much the owner is getting. Something here doesn't ring true. You have the land for sale, you say, and you haven't quoted a price?
