well there all over my breast and when I squeeze them it seems that pus is coming out and do to me squeezing them like in a week or so it leaves a brown scar on my chest. I'm becoming very self conscious about my body and to some point this is bringing down my self esteem .and another thing to is that I cant stop picking at them cause I know that I'm not suppose to have these spots on my chest please help and please be sincere thank you

Sweetie, please have your mom take you to a dermatologist. That will be the best way to deal with these. Once he/she diagnoses what they really are, a proper treatment will be recommended.
Do not squeeze them as you will end up with scarring which will look even worse than the black marks that are bothering you so much. Also, if they truly are black heads, squeezing them can cause some of the pus to go backwards entering into the surrounding tissues leading to a very massive infection. Please see a dermatologist.
