Confront him about it. Ask him if he still has feelings for you!! He probably doesn't want people to know but sometimes boys just stop liking you right out of the blue! So just say something!

sounds like maybe he still thinks of you two as a "friend" status. unless you having been going out for a while. If he is still telling his friends "no" then he is either ashamed of you. Or maybe he is hoping to hook up with another girl.
