I don't know of many actual spanking therapists, though I've heard of a few. However, in most cases, what you end up getting is a dominatrix, which you should be able to find simply by looking them up in any local adult publications. However, if you truly want someone that actually specializes in spankings (which you do, if you truly want someone that knows what they're doing), you need to look a bit harder. Try looking in Yahoo for a spanking group in Michigan and find yourself a female spanker that way. It will be cheaper, too, and she'll probably know more about what she's doing.
As for George's question, while it's not sexual, it is quite intimate to be spanked as an adult, especially if done on the bare. Of course, some people will still view it as sexual, and would question a man's sexuality if he were being spanked willingly by another man.
Plus, in all honesty, there are many more females than males that perform "professional dominance." The reason for this is simply that there is more of a market for females than males, since most of the clientele for this kind of service is male. If woman is submissive, then there is no shortage of men who will spank her for free, and there isn't a huge stigma for a woman being timid or submissive, so they can be more free about looking for a person to do it. By the same token, males are expected to be strong, so men that are submissive by nature tend to hide it more, making a market for professional dominants.
