What else was 9/11 but a Conspiracy to commit murder, thusly becoming (in what they were taught)Matyred. There was an interesting story the other day on CNN about these extremists and there families holding them in high regard because of their suicides done in the name of Islam. The Jihad. Are these families and friends then also guilty of committing crimes? If they will hold this cowardly act as being GREATNESS in the eyes of God, then shouldn't those that support them also be held for conspiracy?

Of course it was a conspiracy to commit murder. As for those who honor these criminals, I think we will have to leave that judgement to God.

Your larger point is a good one, on a moral level i say yes those who hold such murderers in high regard are committing a crime. It's not a legal crime, we can't punish it but it is a crime none the less on a moral level.

It is definitely conspiracy to commit murder, nothing more and they should not be celebrated they should be hated.

Imagine such honoring and celebrating the kids responsible for the Columbine school shooting.

It's about equal morally.

Islam has a bad name because of fraction of that religion uses violence as a means to get what they want. Two problems come from this. 1). in a religion of Billions of people a small percentage equals millions of people. 2). The peaceful Muslims need to stand up to the Radical Muslims that are giving Islam a bad name and quit slamming the USA for cleaning up their mess.

I would not hold my breath waiting for those who are co-conspirators with the Islamic extremist murderers to be prosecuted. It's not likely to happen.
I think they should all be examined by a Grand Jury and tried if found to be culpable.

nobody says it's fair unless you're asking certain shady governments like iran/syria or followers or certain miltias whether allies or opposition who kill first then ask. no sane person condones killing civillians regardless of religion. osama bin laden is not a sane person he is unwanted in his country of birth ( saudi arabia) or by any muslim .
many families of terrorists lost track of their children just like families of gang members or other types of terrorists, those who think highly of their terrorist relatives are blinded by passion or happen to be ignorant. i once read an interview with a father of a saudi terrorist who was killed in a raid in his country who said he disowned his son and as far as he's concerned his son was dead a long time ago.
blood is thicker than water but if you love your relatives you keep an eye on them and make sure they stay out of trouble even if it means reporting them to authorities and many ppl did so .
a crime is a crime no matter what it's called. the sad part is that the west helped create bin laden , iran's current strength, andterrorist communities in europe . the west also meddle in internal affairs of allies and stregthen the local hezbollahs/terrorists( usually getting direct support and training from iran and who by the way killed many including local police) in the name of supporting democracy against moderate/stable government of allies , and still blame others for their mistakes, hence more international resentment for western governments and their policies , stronger terrorist organizations, and more "martyrs".
don't blame ignorant/illeterate mothers who were mislead by criminal children for thinking their children are doing good, just switch off the tv, that' what i do because we live in a frustrating world and mostly innocent civilians suffer .
as for those who just want to blame islam , they should look closely in their own society and religion and will find more criminals like hitler, kkk members as well as cults , muslims hate these"jihadist" as you call them/ criminals more than you do and suffered more from them because the general concept these terrorists spread is that all those who are not in their inner circle are infidels even if they are muslim and would kill all muslim or non muslim so all are considered an enemy even those who you blame for actions of others just because they happen to be sharing the same langauge and may / may not be living in the same country.

I think these children are brainwashed by their parents and peers from a very early age.
Their parents should be held resonsible, and the people that trained them.

To be in a conspiracy would mean they had something to do with it like planning or actually helping in someway. Just being related to or happy for a criminal doesn't make you guilty It's kind of like I'd be happy if my buddy shot osama bin laden but I wouldn't have had anything to do with it.

well in the extremists eyes they were killing for Allah and being a martyr for their god and countrymen
to us, it was an attack of the American people, our countrymen, and we can't sit back and act like it didn't happen.
