No.
From IRS Publication 17, page 172:
Commuting expenses. You cannot deduct
the costs of taking a bus, trolley, subway, or taxi,
or of driving a car between your home and your
main or regular place of work. These costs are
personal commuting expenses. You cannot de-
duct commuting expenses no matter how far
your home is from your regular place of work.
You cannot deduct commuting expenses even if
you work during the commuting trip.

Only if you use your vehicle for business, as in self-employed. You get so many pennies per mile.

Nope, we all have to get to work and back. Once you are at work if you have to travel, then you get to claim that, but not going to work and coming home every day.

generally you can, provided that you have had the job for at least a year and can prove that gasoline is a necessary expense. That shouldn't be too hard. You might want to look into whether or not your company reimburses for those things too.

yeah...if you use your vehicle for business purposes you can claim so much gas, if you have all the receipts for the gas, and can prove that it was used for business reasons.
