They should be checked out by a vet shortly after their birth. Your vet will then set up your first (of three) vaccination at 8-10 weeks.

They need to be at least 7 weeks old but 8-9 weeks is better. Do NOT vaccinate under 7 weeks..it interfers with natural immunity and it can also cause future problems with vaccinations...adverse reactions.
Vaccination protocol:
8-9 weeks distemper/parvo/canine hepatitis/adenovirus-2
12 - 14 weeks as above
16-18 week as above
20 weeks or older rabies vacciantions
It is NOT recommended to give the corona vax to ANY dog or puppy...this is an unnecassary vaccination ever.
Lepto is also not a vaccination that every dog/puppy should have either. Lepto vaccine should only be given to dogs/puppies that are at high risk for exposure.
check out the AVMA/AAHA site, Dr. Jean Dodds site and if you can get the November issue of the Whole Dog Journal it has a great article on vacciantions.

I have worked as a vet tech. The normal routine is 6, 9, 12 weeks
the puppy should have distemper, parvo, the vaccs is usually called a 7-way or an 8-way. You can give this yourself, but be very careful, because puppies can have allergic reactions to vaccines. I have had three puppies have reactions to shots. At 12 weeks you should get a rabies shot, in most areas this has to be given by a vet. Also check your state laws on a rabies vaccs, because in my state it is the first shot is only good for one year then each shot is good for 3 years.

Most puppies get their first set of vaccines around 3 months of age, with booster shots afterward. After that, dogs usually get vaccinated yearly (or for some vaccines, like some rabies shots, every 3 years) or receive a titer exam to test for immunity against certain diseases.

It is best to get your puppies vaccinated at 6-7 weeks of age. Then those vaccines need to be boostered every 3 weeks until they are 16 weeks of age. This will give them the best protection. When you take them to the vet they will also explain to you about intestinal parasites, and when they need to be dewormed.

Once, they are 8 weeks old they get one. Then they get one every three weeks until they are four months old. At, four months old they get a rabie shot.
Or, if you are still concerned just go simply ask a vet. =)
