Since a couple of weeks ago, I've noticed that I've been getting those shocks where you get dizzy after standing up fast, but I've been getting them very recently, sometimes around even twice a day; in addition to the fact that Im forgetting so much stuff it's not even funny, I'm forgetting names, things people told me (or who told me and when, most precisely), im forgetting last names, important data. What should I do? Should I eat anything special?
thanks

I have been dealing with this same problem for years. Other than having high blood pressure, I believe it is all a part of growing older. Especially the losing the memory thing. I can look at someone that I know fairly well and for the life of me I can not remember their name. It used to drive me crazy but I have gotten used to it sort of. I will go to do a certain task at work and half way to the back room I will forget what I was going to do.
As for the dizziness, that will happen to anyone who gets up too fast. But it could also be due to your medication or some medical thing. If either of these things really trouble you, see your doctor.

You need to see a doctor to rule out neurological problems.
