the problem is im always jealous to my girl friend.some times i even cant understand myself why.its really too much.i always feel jealous on her and we end in quareling.what can i do to stop is unnecessary jealous.or is there something wrong with me

You need to trust her or set her free. Not trusting her is showing her that really you are the one who shouldn't be trusted. If you love her set her free, loosen your hold on her, if she loves you she'll be there to be with you, if she doesn't return, she was never yours to begin with. This way you will be able to see you have nothing to be jealous of or let your fears happen and end it so both of you can move on. When you truly love someone you grow together but seperately. You can't and shouldn't try to control her every move, that is not love, that is claiming ownership! Good Luck! =)

The reason that you get so jealous is because you are insecure with relationship and you have little trust if it's because you have had many bad experiences before so what I suggest to you is to give her a little more trust and then you will be able to get less and less jealous, and share your insecure thoughts with her tell her why you feel that way

first of all u DONT TRUST HER because your always jelous. theres no love i u dont trust. try to calm urself down and when ur about to argue or tell her ur jelous think before you do it. tell her something sweet and give her a hug. but u need to stop with the jelousy because thats pushing her away big time.
