Hair can be regrowed . Easiest way is by hair transplant technology. Also I heard egg oil made from yolks of boiled eggs is good for growing new hair,it does not smells as a regular thing or a plesurable smeeling perfume , its used regularly untill 1 starts getting the portion of skin with lots and lots of hair.
