I run into many different stains in my business. try using ZEP premium carpet & upholstery shampoo. It can be purchased at almost any large hardware store (ie) Home Depot, Lowes, ect.
Mix as directed put into a simple sprayer like an old 409 bottle. Spray on heavily, Scrub with a brush, and shop vac out.

Try club soda and a scrub sponge if that doesnt work try Tide Detergent with water and scrub brush
