Time. That is the only answer my friend. Stay busy and hang out with friends. Engulf yourself in hobbies. These things help to dull the pain, but time is the only cure. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH ANOTHER WOMAN RIGHT NOW! That would be disastrous. Go out and date but don't get serious. Whatever you do don't stay in the house and feel sorry for yourself. After the first few days of intense heartache you need to get out as much as possible. Hope that helps.

Sorry to tell you this but you can't get over a broken heart you just have to let it heal with time. I know that sounds just horrible when you think about it but trust me from experience... you can't just wake up the next day and be like wow i feel better. You don't have to do nothing just let your emotions run thier course cuz little by little day by day you'll realize hey i'm getting over it.

It's the same for boys as it is for girls ... you are 'grieving' and it is a 'normal response' ... it will take six months to a year before you are 'totally over it' ... but 'for now' you should go out and start doing something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT that will get you learning to do something 'new' and will put you with a group of 'new people' ... this will help 'distract you' during the grieving process, and will put you near more people ... and you may actually find 'the true love of your life' there, too.

Tell us about it, I'm sure we'd listen and help you out. Remember, she's not worth you, if she played with your emotions and tossed you away like a rag doll, she's not worth having you, no matter who she is. You're better than her, you always will be. Remember that. I'm going through the same thing, and she's completely insensitive. You're better than her, don't get angry, but learn from this incident.
I found that instead of delaying it or avoiding it, I face it and accept it. Talk to her face and tell her in a calm fashion and being careful of your words.

Keep telling yourself, she lost out on a really handsome and good person. You see God has away of getting the bad people out of your life.People like that come back into your life after they been hurt by someone. Then you will have the good sense that God give you and say No thank You!

I'd stay away from her.And find something to get your mind off her.Take a hot shower-clean up.Put your best face on.And just hang loose.
