Take him to the vet immediately. Cat scratches are some of the most infectious cuts to get since they scratch & cover their own feces. He has an abscese and his ear will eventually burst open if he doesn't cut it open himself with his own claw. The vet will probably lance it and prescibe antibitoics.

You need to pack the cat up and get it to a vet ASAP. The ear is infected and abscessed. If the infection gets into the bloodstream, the cat will die. The cat probably needs an antibiotic injection and then sent home with antibiotics. It may also need to have the abscess lanced. Call and vet asap, your cat will thank you.

Also, it may be a good idea to bring the cat in. If he is not protected against disease, I would have him tested, then vaccinated. If he isn't neutered, that should be done also (most male cats who fight are not neutered). An indoor cat lives longer and has a healthier life.

sounds like the ear has developed an abscess. You'll need to take kitty to the vet for some antibiotics. shouldn't cost much.

Go to the vet! Could be an abscess and filled up with pus and blood. It may need to be lanced and drained and you will most likely be sent home with antibiotics.

VET. NOW. It will get infected and probably turn into an abcess or ear hematoma. Don't try to treat it yourself, just get him to a vet who can. NOW. Or you are risking your cat's life.

go to the vet. they may have to do surgery on it to relieve the pressure or it could burst.
