I always get to eat even my most fattening favourite foods, even when I'm on a diet. Because all I do to diet is to cut out pre-processed foods (like anything prepared and frozen, or chips), and then eat smaller portions of my regular food for my meals.
You don't have to be deprived on a diet. You just have to eat smart.

Homemade vegetable soup, a loaf of bread right out of the oven, a big glass of ice tea, and some peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

My mom's homemade spaghetti (on the second day) with garlic bread and green salad, and for desert cheesecake with strawberries on it. That would be a very indulgent meal.
