what would you think if your boyfriend of 4 months, took you to a billboard, and climb it with you and sat there and watch cars go by under the moon, and saying sweet compliments! what would you think!!

Not as easy as it sounds. If a cop catches you, you're toast, and sitting in jail is a terrible date! Besides, what if she gets scared of heights once she's up there? Don't do it unless you've actually done this many times before without mishap.
You can get the same effect by parking at the top of the highest parking garage in town, or (if you can find a building that allows it) a high rooftop or balcony, or a local "lover's lane" hilltop. Pack a dessert picnic of her favorite foods.

That's not a bad idea, but the fact is the girls don't like to climb and she can be scared on a billboard.=)
So u better take her somewhere easy to go but the idea is really good..

That'd be sweet, and very different. Definitely something you remember. Just make sure it's not in a sketchy location and that the girl isn't afraid of heights.
