Don't have them but have thought about getting them until my cousin came to visit and she has them. I brushed up against her accidentally while I was turning around. I thought I hit her shoulder at first until she touch her breast and we laughed because we both scarred each other. They were brick hard. She said she hates them now and wish she didn't get them. They look like boulders sitting on her chest. She didn't get them too big and the size actually looks nice on her but she hates them. And they really do look fake. She got them because her now ex husband cheated on her with a girl that has hers done and so my cousin got hers done as a revenge thing or a thing to try to get him back. Big mistake.

Um, depends on your age and if you are really dissatisfied with your body. Breast implants wont attract most good kind of guys. I am not saying guys who like big boobs are shallow.

do you really need boobs the size of a cow to get a guy if **** are all they are after where does that leave u i have found that most only look really good in cloths they really don't feel rite or look that great in the flesh they just kinda stick out there their not the cute perky mounds of flesh they should be so unless ur shoulder blades stick out farther than ur boobs u r fine heck more than a mouthful umm ok more than a handful its a waste anyway they'll just be in ur lap when u get to 70 anyway

I'm all natural but would not get implants even if I weren't a 32FF. They never seem to look good.

Well, if done by a surgeon that knows what he is doing....then they can look and feel great...from a guy's perspective....I have read that some women gain a greater sense of confidence after having the "girls" beefed up. The question you should be asking yourself is why you need to upgrade?

I have them...love them!!!!! Just make sure it's you that wants them, and your not doing it for other people...I was totally flat...yuck...couldn't even wear a bikini w/o looking like a boy!! Thought after I had my two kids, they would at least get a bit bigger...nope...I think they actually started to cave in!! ha ha... I didn't go huge or anything...(just a 34 C)...it fine, at least I look like a woman now!! My only reget is that I didn't go a bit bigger..not much...but a little... After the surgery they were so swollen..hard as rocks...ouch!! They hurt so bad if touched...but after a couple of weeks the swelling went down, and now they are like jello!! (still perky, but soft, not hard like some people get) I am totally satisfied w/ the results...(with the exception of wanting them bigger!!)
I would just research your surgeon, totally do as much background checking on the product itself and the doctor...

My wife got them after breast feeding 2 children. She had a very good surgeon at the Nuffield in Brighton (Andrew Yelland) and they look and feel totally natural. She even breast fed our surprise third. Avoid anyone who advertises on radio or TV or offers you a first consultation with anyone other than the surgeon who will be doing the operation ie "nurses" with long legs and too much make-up and a sales script eg Harley Medical Group etc etc.

really its up to you. but you have to think, are you doing this do impress a guy, are you doing this to have new friends. if they are for these reasons then you shouldn't get breast implants. if they are for good reasons then maybe. But really, its your choice. if i were you i would not get them. i prefer to be natural. REMEMBER! its your choice!

if that is what you want to do to feel better about yourself i say go for it... just make sure you do the necessary research. i myself don't need implants but i can understand why women get them...
