I get my medium rare steak with dollop of butter at Saltgrass. 22 oz porter house.

I like steaks rare. Saltgrass does a great job, but I think Outback really tastes best!

Of course, there really is nothing like Ruth's Chris.

When I do eat steak, it has to be medium rare. Lots of juice and still mooing.

I don't have one set restaurant I go to, although Fume Bistro actually understands "medium rare". That's hard to find.
