I tell you what if in their primes Ali was pitted aginst those 2 then I would suggest 1 thing and 1 thing only and that would be that the boxing commission that sanctioned the 2 fights must insert a clause stipulating that a hospital bed be available for Tyson and Valuev.
Ali would quite simply tear them to pieces
He had phenominal hand and foot speed
Great defence (Tyson fought men with targets on their chins)
Could bang with both hands KO % of 65%
The best Jab in Heavyweight history
He was the best puncher going backwards I've ever seen
Had a great chin (Remember both Frazier1 and Foreman)

Mike Tyson was easily the best of them although not the tallest he was unbelievably quick a lot quicker than ali and contrary to popular belief was not a big hitter but hit with such precission and superb technique hit above his weight like the way a some little guys can hit a golf ball a long way but struggle to carry the bag he also could slip and counter brilliantly ali could only hold his gloves up and sway back a basic flaw that would have gotten him knocked out any time he got into the ring nowadays sorrry he just wasnt that good i never fell for all the hype. Valuev?

Muhammad Ali 56-5-0 37 kayo's with wins over Frazier(2) Foreman, Norton(2) Shavers, Bonavena, Ellis, Patterson, Liston(2) Quarry(2) Cooper, Foley, C Williams, Terrell among others. Tyson never beat anybody of note that even compares to this and neither has Valuev as the division today is very weak. Ali had great speed, footwork, dazzling skills and more charisma than any heavyweight in history and much better than either of these.

Ali. Fought against the best competition. Tyson is second in this grouping. Head to head. Ali is too quick and too smart for Tyson. Ali had a knock out or two in his career also. Ali would knock Tyson out in around 9 rounds. Valuev is 7 foot tall that is his only attribute if it is one. He has fought no one with serious knock out power, when he gets his chin tested then we will know better. Ali would dance circles around a 7 foot man.

I don't want to go with the obvious but i say Ali, he won against all odds. He fought when boxing was controlled by the mafia and when the government seized his license he was still able to come back and be the most dominate boxer i have ever seen. you also have to judge on character and i think that ali was intersting as a person, if you were his next opponent he tormented you until you pscyched yourself out and if you were just plain joe he was easy to talk to.
