Absolutely. I had a 400 dollar bill in collections once, and they said they were considering my case for a possible judgement.

Yes they sure will. At one company I worked for anything over 750.00 would be sued, and depending on the state the wages would be garnished and bank accounts drained. Also, you would then be responsible for any court costs, attorney fees and filing fees, the 4300.00 debt could end up costing you much more!

Some states will not allow garnishments however, so check on the rules for that in your state.

If they do sue it will show on your CBR as a public record. Avoid a judgment if at all possible!

Yes. and if you don't pay it, whatever you borrowed the money for will be reposessed. (Ex. if you still owe 4300 on a $50K car, the car will be taken back and you will not be able to get it back until you make the next payment and they can sell your car if you don't pay) If you used the money to make a payoff, then you will have to pay the money forward. Start husslin! lol, good luck!

I know a girl who works for one and yes they will, she has taken people to court over 100.00 dollars, she has even excuted on peoples property for 100.00. Debtors are serious these days..everyone is in so much debt.
She told me about taking peoples horses, about taking their cars, motorcycles, big screen TV's, movies, stereos, you name it. If its worth something they have taken it, and then sell it at police auction, and deduct that amount, if that amount doesn't cover it, you still have to pay the rest.

Yeah, but the funny thing is that they would likely take 50 cents on the dollar for a one time settlement if you went about it correctly.

Yes and they will. I have seen collections on peoples credit for as little as $50.00.

Pay your bill before this happens, because if you wait and they get a judgment, it will ruin your credit.
