Their called wire grommets. Basically, they're just trim to put into holes drilled into the surface of the desk. You should be able to get them at Home Depot, Lowes, or an office supply store.

If you designed and made the workstation yourself surely you could make it so that the wires go through holes in corners or places where the hole is no noticeable
