I just broke up with my boyfriend of 3 months. I liked him a lot but the only time we seen eachother was at school.Why?age difference, he was 15 and i am 17. And now theres this guy that is so feelin me and im feelin him.Should I get him something for V-Day?if so then what?

In my opinion, why not!
If, as you said, you both feel and like each other, sure go get him. It doesn't matter what others think of you, because the two important things in life are "you" and "those who you like".
You better not miss the chance, but if you are somehow doubtful about it, just get him something casual for V-Day, not something that shouts I LOVE YOU BABY! V-Day shouts enough for itself, but you still can make it hotter or not, which I don't recommend, cuz he may also be in doubt, and you approaching him so fast may make him to back off.
btw, whatever you do, I hope you enjoy your life and relationship and friends. that's what counts at the end!
