Yes, I think so. There's a great book that's been out for a while called "Prescription for Nutritional Healing." It's an encyclopedia of information about nutrition-related illnesses and how to use nutrition to give the body what it needs to heal itself. I think that's always better than just going to the doctor and taking pills!

Yes, I believe that you should only see a doctor for emergencies or if you run a high fever for more than 48 hours, or not feeling well for more than 5 days

Sure!! but if you are for taking tabs for illnesses or injuries telephone your doctor if you are on any other medication to make sure it is ok!.
