Yes you will be alright. Did you put the Lasagna into the refrigerator very soon after prep? You want to keep warm temperatures to a minimum prior to the refrigerator.

The best thing you can do for a large group like that is to make that Lasagna several days ahead of time and Freeze them all. Then on your big day all you have to do is to bake them. There is no noticeable difference from fresh made.

Yes indeed, Its always better the next day, You could cook it and warm the next day or cook night before and cook 1/2 the time and remainder next day. when you know your supper wont take as long and you can enjoy peace of mind a nice evening with your guests. Just make sure you cover it so it wont dry to lasagna noodle out.

Of couse, its better all the flavors incorporate. You should not put the cheese on until they are almost cooked though because they will be so cold from the frigde by the time they are hot your cheese wil be hard And heat them covered. Then uncover and add cheese and let melt. Have Fun.

Oh definitely! Just cover them well, then all you have to do is heat up the oven. And the flavors will really develop well overnight.
