be very honest and open. tell her that you mean it from the bottom of your heart! valentines day is in like a week in a half so its the perfect time to show her that you care about her. it would be a romantic thing to do express your feelings to her that day. if anything look her straight in the eyes and hold her hand. charm her with your feelings and charisma!

Use valentines day, ask her if she wants to go out for dinner to get to know her better, than at the end of the "Date" tell her how you like her and see where things go from there, just be sweet and sincere.

Get her alone, prefebrebly at night at a dance or something, and take her hand and say "I really like you" Say it really sweetly, in a soft, slow voice. If she says something, react to that. If she doesn't say anything look at her eyes and mouth. If she looks like you happily shocked her, smile and take her other hand. If she looks mad or confused, say "it felt really good to let that out" and walk away. But whatever you do, don't run away. It shows shame. Hope you think this is good advice!

First of all find out her FAVORITE things to do or her favorite things and get her a gift. Take her to a nice place for just the two of you and just say what is in your heart.
