my ex and i were together 7 years we broke up 7 months ago he immediately went out with someone else and they are going to be getting married this summer how can someone just jump right in like that is that even normal

He is probably looking for temporary relief and is making really immature decisions. Its a psychological thing, when he was hurt by you two splitting up he looked for someone else to fulfill his immediate needs, to cure his loneliness. Its only natural, and soon he will realize, after the whole marriage thing, it wasn't meant to be.
If you really feel this strongly about this, tell him. And if you still care, he might get angree with you, but tell him he is making a wrong decision and he should think about spending the rest of his life with this person, is that what he really wants?

So by the time he gets married, he'll have been dating the woman for a year? That doesn't sound like too quick of a jump. I've heard of people getting married in 90 days. I've heard of people shacking up at 30 days. It's an anything-goes world we live in now. Sadly.

He was probably messing around some of the time he was with you. Just move on and don't look back. It will be hard and painful to begin with but it will get better as time goes on! Good luck

Some people just move on fast, other never really love, or other stupid people get into a relationship with someone they don't love just to forget the first person and thats just really DUMB

I guess it would depend on why you got divorced and who wanted the divorce. If he's like my dad- he's been seeing the woman for a long time - before you got divorced.
In any event, you're not together anymore. Don't dwell...move on.

well i think that he knew her before you both break up but maybe it's not true maybe it's just me and honey you have to move on it is 7 months now you should take a step froward .
