Hi,

Each extension has enough clips to hold the hair in place without putting stress on your natural hair. Smaller extensions may have only 1 or 2 clips, while larger extensions may use many clips.

It depends on what kind of extensions. Some extensions don't have any clips at all. Be more specific.

The amount of clips can vary on how wide the extensions are, where you place them, and teh length.

erm, the extentions i had, had different amounts of clips. the smallest 1's had 3 clips and i think the largest had 6. I hope this helps!

If the width of the extention is 2inches then there should be only one clip
