Well there is no such thing as a perfect couple so i wouldn't worry too much.
Being together should not revolve around your health issues, as long as you both get on well and have a good time together then you shouldn't care about your heart condition or his tourettes.

It's not a question on your health problems, it's a question on how you feel towards each other. If you love him and he loves you who cares about your health problems. I have a heart condition but it doesn't stop me from loving and giving my husband the best I can. he knew about my heart condition before we got married and he still married me. I say go for it and have a wonderful relationship.
