no touching besides hugs and even those can be iffy. I mean you can't have one of those 20sec or longer hugs like you'd hug a gf/bf. otherwise it will come off as flirting. really nothing that you'd do with a gf/bf.

avoiding the friend zone means basically don't do anything with your friends love interests!
