God is saying that His word is infalable and true and that it is relevant and goes deep into the thinking and emotions of those who hear it. Whenever it is declared it will always have an impact, whether or not it is seen by us. Just think about how much stuff you take on board each day that you don't even think about. God's Word is truth and has the power to forgive, bringing people into relationship with Jesus. If you talk to Christians they'll certainly give you some evidence, however, I don't think God was wanting to prove Himself through this - I consider it more as a statement of what He does. I think it's a faith thing to believe what the Bible says without always seeing the evidence to back it up.

His word does go to and fro throughout the world just as we now are discussing His word,it does not return unto Him void because there is always someone that gets a new revelation from His word and cannot return empty, the revelation of knowing God is proof that His word is and will always be carried throughout the world and considering that His word is being spoken it will never be void

You can see the evidence in Lives that have been miraculously changed. If you don't know what I'm on about, ask Jesus to reveal it to you?

its all based on what is returned to Him.. and by who.

if a person believes and returns it to Him it does not return to Him empty.

but if a person does not see or believe, then it lies on the ground like an unplanted seed.
