First, if you can, stop loving him. Write a letter to him that you will not send so that your loathing has an outlet. Don't send it, but say in it everything you want to get off your chest. Try and change it...in other words it is his loss and not yours and you are empowered by that knowledge. I don't know you, but I bet you got a lot of great stuff.

well remember the bad things he did
sometimes when a relationship ends we remember all the good things and forget the bad things and don't call or text or email at all its a HUGE no no
what else you can sit and be sad but only for a little bit and then you need to get out and keep busy if you stay in and pout all day it wont get you anywhere trust me i learned that the hard way
and remember if he dumped you he didn't want you now why are you missing someone that doesn't want or like you
and you can always get someone else that's the great thing about being human lol there are tons of us humans out there for the taking now go get a good one

The best way to get over somebody, in my opinion is to occupy yourself as much as possible. Hang out with friends, meet new people, excercise. DO NOT, hang around the house by yourself doing nothing because then you'll do nothing but think about him. If it is true love you won't be mad at the fact that he dumped you, appreciate his decision and move forward. Don't be mad, i understand it hurts, but if it's meant to be then it'll be. I just hope it's not too late if he decides to get back with you. There is someone for everybody, just be patient and live life to the fullest, get to know what else is out there besides him. Best wishes.

A lot of people will answer this with ' it takes time' and having just being dumped myself, i can say that it does. its been 2 months now, yet i still have feelings for my ex and i guess i always will, we shared some great times together but thats it. he choose to end it, just realise its his lost, not yours remember the good times but keep them at the back of your mind its the best place for them as for him forget him. that person is no longer, stop contact and delete him from your life, you will find someone better!!

things that are left messy are the things that stay with us the longest. almost every relationship has a messy unresolved breakup. my best advice, is to just not think about it. the best thing that always keeps me going, is keeping myself busy. theres gona be times when you're in the middle of something and you start to think of him and all of the feelings start to rush back, but thats okay becos thats just the process of moving on from a relationship. dont let it get you down. theres no such thing as fate, its all about finding someone you're compatible with, and MAKING IT WORK.

depending how old you are the best way to get over a man is to get under another!!!!
If that's not an option remember all the bad things that happened or all the mean things he did, that has helped me in the past!!! Just remember there are too many good men out there to be stuck on a bad one!!!

You truly have not decided to get over him!! You need to speand more time on you and stop defining yourself by this relationship that went wrong!! People put to much emphasis on things that are temporal instead of things that are enternal!! Move forward!!

Maybe you actually did like him so much it hurts you on the inside. Anger might just be your form of sadness and letting it out. try to find another guy who you like.
