Like in many other dictatorships, the citizens are often abused and afraid of the governments..

Their leaders are Muslims al so. But since Islam is divided into two sects: Shia and Shiite, there's many conflicts between them, even between the government and the other sect.

The Government is part of their religion. They live in fear of themselves

I think they feared Sadam Hussian and the way he killed and tortured people. they fear others of their religon who are sucide bombers and blowing them up.
Women live in fear of the men and children their parents.
Theirs is a culture of fear and intimidation.
that is how religious clerics control the masses.

Because those leader dont follow the religon. They are backed by the western powers....

Example: Saddam Hussain had all the chemical weapond supplied by Rumsie and Cheney et al.

They expect ZERO TOLERANCE!

Most are born in to the system and can not even imagine what it is like to have to decide when to Pray, and what to say in the prayers.

They are stuck in a time warp!

iam muslim live in a muslim country , we don't fear them but we don't agree on somethings they do and some of their descisions, and that also goes for many countries, citizins agree and disagree with their government!!

we do not have any fear of our governament.........if we do not like it, thats an other thing...but there is no feat in between, just likeness and dislikenes exist and thats what goes with every country !
