Never heard that expression. I think Pat Robertson is in a different class than the other two. He is on the charismatic side, the other two are more fundamental.

I think you just invented that ignorance. If there is any form of intolerance, it would be against sin and not the sinner. Thats why I think your question is in the dugout and baseball season is over !!!
