Is there a minimum age requirement to use the fitness center at the Doubletree Hotel Crystal City-National Airport near Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Washington, D.C. (Crystal City, VA)? If so what is it? What about the pool, or the business center?
About the business center: if you're staying in the hotel, can you use it for free? Which floor is it on?

Typically it is 12 years old with an adult, 16 by themselves for the exercise equipment.
Make certain to get a room on the DC side of the building, and the view is fantastic. The view on the other side is not so exciting.
