That is a good one. In fact the best one yet! Money is made of paper and paper is made from trees so technically money does grow from trees.

Branches have been determine to be safer than caves. Due to floods and earth quakes, banks have choosen to put their money in branches.

it was an ancient environmental awareness campaign which said money doesnt grow on trees.. so that people dont cut trees..
else ppl would have cut all the trees thinking that money grew on trees...

the 'branches' here is a misnomer if you compare their returns on FDs Vs returns from Mutual Funds and sometimes they disappear as well if you put your money in some co-operative banks.Here they acquire the form of 'TENTACLES' and suck you clean.
