Hes cute and I would kiss him and maybe dance with him, but that is as far as it would go? But sometimes he turns me on? How do I like him? As a friend, or more than a friend? Im confused...

well sometimes it just takes time if he is good to you and he treats you good there is a good chance he will get more attractive to you
so here are somethings to think about
when you are with him does he make you feel good about yourself
and does he treat you good
is he a playing type and are you safe with him
does he call you more than you call him
does he just drop by or tries to help if you have a bad day
if you said yes to most of these he is so boyfriend material
and i would jump on that chance
but if there is no chemistry after a while then its not meant to be
