First, after the surprise wore off, I would be curious as to why I was still perceiving things. Then after feeling sad about my body being dead -- after all, I did look after it for quite a few years and it did serve me well -- I would think of my friends and family. I would visit them and reassure them that I was alright. I would say my goodbyes.
After making sure they disposed of my body according to my wishes I would hang around a while and see what sort of things I could get up to -- not mischievous stuff but stuff I might find interesting now that I was not restricted by a body -- and look to help in some way.
Then, when I had decided what I would be able to help with I would start looking for suitable parents. I think I'd prefer parents who were independantly wealthy and able to support a family. I'd ensure they were good people and not be cruel and dominating as parents. Of course, she would have to be pregnant with a child.
With all that sorted out and my decision made, I would just hang back and wait for the new baby body to be born and take it for my own. (Wouldn't really matter if it was male or female)
With a new body, I'd look to grow it up quickly and get started on whatever it was that I was going to help with.

I don't fear dying or death. I just hope the dying part isn't too uncomfortable.
As for what comes after -- nothingness. Void. Oblivion. When we die, that's it. We are born from nothingness and to nothingness we return. I do not believe in any form of continued existence of the self.

One of three things:
1. Absolutely nothing. I won't be conscious of anything, because there is no God. All that will happen is I'll be food for worms.
OR
2. I'll "sleep" until the final trumpet sounds, and we're all called before God to be judged.
OR
3. I'll be in heaven. I can't even begin to imagine what that's like.

,I the person, will cease to exist. The people who loved me will remember me (mostly fondly, I trust)
My body will be cremated, and the ashes will b spread so that I can give the nutrients back to the earth. Death is a part of the circle of life.

The human is an organism with a brain, heart, lungs e.g. I pressume when we just die, we are just totally gone or we are carried on into the dead world.

I honestly don't know. I imagine a less-solid version of Earth, 'cause I've witnessed ancestral spirits, but I really don't know for sure. Good and evil all blended together, just like Earth, just like us. But I figure I'll find out when I get there.
