Look at him dreamily in they eyes. Start a conversation and ask questions that show him you are interested in him as a person. Don't come on too strong or you will scare him off. It's really not hard for girls to get guys interested, they are sort of wired that way by nature.

How do you know this guy doesn't like you? Find out what you have in common-- If you both like horror movies then just ask him to go with you. Spend time with him. You might find that he's not your type or maybe he does like you but he didn't know how to say. But you can't Make someone like you. And would you really want to?

How do you know he doesn't like you? Has he told you so? If he has told you then give up and look for someone who does like you. If he hasn't told you, maybe YOU could ASK HIM out. Does he know you like him? Don't act like you're easy, but don't just expect him to get the hint from an occasional smile.

You can't really make someone like you. Have you tried asking HIM out?? You don't have to wait for him to ask you out. Just try flirting with him a little. Don't be shy. Approach him and tell him how you feel.

You should try to make yourself look sexy for him. Try to bring him in with out making it known that thats what you are doing. But DONT change your self!!! Act just as you would with your other friends accept try to make him notice you. I think once he knows who you are and you start getting closer to each other than i think you can get the relation ship started. good luck!

Dress trampy and he will jump you for the sex and then he will move on. If that is what you want, tramp it up. If you want a relationship, forget him and move on. There is ALWAYS someone better even though you may not believe that at this time.
