As long as your man will be wearing his matching attire, I see nothing wrong with it! People will love the chance to get photo ops with the bride and groom in their full regalia!
BTW, its what my husband and I did. We got married and had a reception later and we both wore our wedding attire. It worked out fine.
One little side note....if you don't soil your gown during your wedding (chances are you won't), I would save the money on dry-cleaning and just wear it again at the reception without the treatment. You might end up getting it more dirty at the reception than the ceremony and it seems a tremendous waste to me to pay for the cleaning service twice!

I would! You have spent that much money might as well use it. I have gone to two receptions now where the bride has worn her dress a few weeks after the wedding. It was really nice to be able to see the dress in real life and not just the pictures.

Of course you should wear it again. Think about it. In traditional weddings does the bride change her dress in between the church and the reception? NO. It's your wedding do what you want to do. You only get married once (*hopefully*)

Of course you can. I gather most people weren't able to come to the wedding and they would like to see your wedding dress. Also, I quite agree with you when you said you had paid so much for the dress you didn't want to only wear it once. A wedding is a joyous time, be happy, have fun, share with your friends.

Sure you can. When else are you ever going to wear it? Plus, most of your guests, I assume, won't be attending your destination wedding.
It might be a good idea to have a second dress to change into later on in the evening, once most of your photographs have been taken and you get down to dancing.
