What do you guys think of this dress for a young bride of 22? Will it make me look to old? I really love the back of it and I know that I want sleeves. I have been to alot of bridalshops in the area and have seen nothing like this. I guess I am just looking for opinions on this dress. The price is perfect.

Its returnable and the bow is also removable. Thanks for your input. Please dont lecture me about being young and getting married. In return I wont lecture you about being rude.

I ABSOLUTELY love it! It is gorgeous! I think it's great that you have chosen a traditional dress with sleeves, I had that, too. Too many brides show way too much skin, and that doesn't look classy.

I wouldn't do it, because it's from Hong Kong. Even if you can return it, the shipping charges there and back will amount to the price of the dress. It can also take a very long time to receive a dress from Hong Kong.

Check out www.alfredangelo.com. I saw a few dresses there that have sleeves, but that are a little more modern. The only reason the dress you've picked might make you look old is because it's an old style that you don't see much anymore. But check out some of these other dresses...many bridal stores carry this line.

It's a lovely dress, but does look like a more "mature"style. It looks like a lot of dress to be able to carry well though...in other words it might be overwhelming on your body. But if it's returnable, and it's what you like, then go for it. Strapless dresses are pretty much the only style around today, so I'm not surprised you haven't seen anything like it in stores. That butt-bow has gotta go though! Nobody needs that on their butt, no matter how great it is. Just so you know, lots of dress shops can put sleeves onto a dress if you're self conscious. They do that alot for religious reasons during the ceremony. Then they are taken off after for the reception..or you can just leave them on.

I don't liek it. It looks like it belongs in the late 80's early 90's. But if it's what you like go for it. Just a word of advice from a gal who just bought her wedding dress. Do not buy anything because you like the way it looks online. At least try it on then do an internet search for the cheapest one. Trust me the dresses I picked out on line, when I went to try them on I hated them, they were not what I thought at all. I ended up liking something totally different than anything else I picked.

I think this is a very pretty dress. It looks like the one my sister wore in the 80s and she was in her 30s. The great thing about sleeves is that you don´t look like all the other brides these days-those stupid strapless dresses do nothing for anyone with boobs.

Best wishes!

I looked at this almost exact dress at David's Bridal in Lousiville, KY. It's a beautiful dress! The one that I looked at had beads in the heart on the back. The price on e-bay is very reasonable because the one I looked at was almost $600. I had my future mother-in-law make my dress; not this one for less. It was much more inexpensive this way. I am 26 and I can tell you that this dress is exquisite.

That dress is gorgeaus!! The bead work and the train are wonderful. I want to cry thinking about you wearing it and I am not even your mother or a relative. If you have tried on other dresses and this is the dress you keep thinking about, then I say bid and get it. Happy Wedding and many years of blessings to you both.:)

I think it's really neat. I love the back of it. I've never really been into sleeves, but I like that it's different.

It is a really beautiful dress...just know that you want to wear the dress, not have the dress wear you...it may be that something so extravagant may overpower your own natural beauty.
