I have a scar on my lip from falling over a couple of years ago - its quite hard in the centre and raised so looks like a big bump! I realise I am completely vain but I really want to get rid of it - any suggestions would it require lasers/surgery? or am I just stuck with it!

Bio-oil is a natural oil that you rub on scars to reduce them. Don't know if you can get it where you live but you could look it up in a search engine and order it online?

there's a oil from the Andes well knwon for healing scars, it has been in Sunday Times & Mail on Sunday, is called Rosa Mosqueta Oil.
other than that I'd suggest covering with honey every night is possible & leave till morning for at least a week.

get a lip cream with vitamin e in it...great for scar reduction

If your fair skinned try fade out cream
