my friend has little bumps all over her face and they're not zits, what could they be??

she's had shingles before so she was thinking that might be it. first she had a couple bumps around her eye and now they're every where. she said they're bumps with white heads but they're not zits. could it be a rash?

It could also be an allergic reaction to something she came in contact with, or ingested. You should contact a dermatologist ASAP.
