Well hello! Before I went to school I used Garnier every time I washed my hair, because my hair were really long and they got tankled really easily. But when I started studying to be a hairdresser we made tests with a different shampoos and conditioners. Garnier had many many different kind of silicones in it. You can recognize them from the list behind the bottle (more there is more it does damage). In the end of silicone is usually word cone but they are marked like dimethicone...These silicons which they have in those bottles are really hurtful for your hair if you want to color them. They go into your hair surface and get attached in there. When you try to put color in the hair doesn't take it. It makes kind of like a plastic wrap around the hair, and when some day you use deep cleansing shampoo it washes all that surface away and your hair feels really unhealthy. I don't recommend it, not if your gonna use it all the time. It makes your hair LOOK better but it REALLY isn't. But think about it...it´s your choise:)
