First of all, go get a trim, that's the only way to get rid of the split ends.
When you straighten your hair, always use a heat protection spray, I straighten my hair daily and use the Charles Worthington one and it works.

Use a deep conditioner at least once a week, when you straighten your hair use a heat protective spray or serum and try and cut down on the amount you straighten your hair. If you straighten your hair too much, no matter what you use, you will still get split ends

1. stop straightening your hair now!!!

2. book an appointment to get your hair cut which will get rid of most of the split ends, depending how badly damaged your hair is. short haircuts are hot at the moment aswell

3. get a new hair straightener which will keep your hair straighter for longer, i use the babyliss 230 straightener and because its really hot, i only need to use it every other day

4. definatly use protection spray. if youve got the money, catwalk spritz and shine heat spray is really good and smells really nice but iv also used tresemme which is cheap and does the job well

5. remember that waves are just as sexy as straight hair, and guys like a natural look so put the straighteners away once in a while

I am a dedicated straightener user as well- and there is no point in people telling us not to use them!! You try living with frizzy annoying hair people!!

I always use a deep conditioning style conditioner when washing and then a light leave in conditioning spray. Worth splurging on this- maybe try Redken's Anti Snap treatment which is a leave in product.

After blow drying use a heat defense spray before straightening each section. Lee Stafford's Poker Straight spray is available in Boots for £4.99 and is excellent. Finish off with serum to smooth down any fluffy split ends and have your hair trimmed regularly! You will be straight smooth and gorgeous looking!

You really shouldn't straighten you hair twice a day or you'll never get rid of the split ends its too much and your singing your hair use a heat defense spray there are plenty on the market even tesco's has it get a hair cut on those split ends and use the straighteners less. Hope this helps good luck! :)

YOU HAVE TO STOP STRAIGHTENING YOUR HAIR. You shouldn't even use your straightner every day. If you wash your hair everyday then stop! I know it sounds gross but it is so unhealthy for your hair to wash it everyday. Also, go to your salon and have them put a deep conditioner treatment on your hair. It will cost a little extra but will be well worth the cost. Last get a trim even if it is just half an inch. Getting your hair trimmed regularly makes your hair grow faster and also makes it look and feel a lot healthier.

if the split ends are too many to handle get a trim.

once you got that done, deep condition your hair.

before you straighten your hair be sure it is very dry. air dried is preferred over blow dried so to save you time wash it at night and straighten in the morning. this way you don't over style your hair with too much heat.

make sure your hair is free of tangles before you start and lightly spray over protective mist over your hair to prevent more damage. I use citre-shine mist n works well.

straighten hair section by section with the aid of a comb, so that the straightener will just glide over the hair n evenly distributing the heat.

Get a trim then use a heat protector spray before straightening and do not leave the irons on your hair too long while doing it.

Stop straightening your hair twice a day - that will stop the split ends!

To get rid of the split ends you've got now, you need to get them trimmed off.

Hair straightening, heat, products, etc do that. Cut off the split ends and condition it with a humectorant or oil etc. and avoid anything with the words sodium lauryl. Let your hair go natural before it falls out.
