My friends and I are selling dirt cakes for a fundraser for the polar plunge in wisconsin. the money will go for special olympics and we each need to raise at least $75. we were thinking of pricing them between $1.00 and $1.50, we then had the idea to do a 'buy one for ____, or buy two for (most likely $2.00)'. what price should we put for the one dirt cake?

People will pay more for something if it's for a fundraiser. I think you could do 1 for $2, or 2 for $3. Maybe even add $0.50 to that. It's for the cause, not the cake, right?!
