Implants start at around $500 and can go up to $6,000 per tooth. Most implants will cost between $1,200 and $2,000. There are reasons why the cost could go up, so you will want to choose a dentist familiar with many restorative options.

I was quoted yesterday for 2 implants to hold my lower denture in for $4500. If you are just getting 1 tooth done, figure around $2000 for the implant and then around $1000 or so for the tooth that goes on the implant. This is pricing around chicago.

Get a insurance. But before that, check out if the insurance will cover and how much will it. As it was mentioned, the cost varies. The cost increases with which particular tooth, and any other cosmetic factor.

depends on where you live.

In Manhattan, it runs anywhere from $4000-10,000 (for implant and crown).

In Queens, it averages in the range of $2000 to $3000.

BTW, No insurance will cover implants or associated crown. Don't bother getting your insurance involved.

I bought an entire set of teeth for about 20 bucks last halloween... I think they were called "Billy Bob Teeth" and I got 'em at the novelty store.
