You can pretty much get couscous anywhere here in canada

Yes. It's sold in the international section, or with rice and pasta. Most supermarkets (in the Washingon DC and New York areas) have them. I don't know about the rest of the country.

I've found the quick cook kind in my local grocery store where the boxed rice and pasta side dishes are. Had some just last night and it was delicious.

I don't use it. I know it is sold in the specialty section with other international foods.
