No the red dots are the same on my foot they can't be an allergy to my watch - had it for weeks, and there the same as the ones on my feet.and yeah i gotz the infection on all nails. but on my fingernails that doesn't look as bad luckily.

YOUmay be having fungal infection of nail and skin. Use Fluconazole tablets as well as cream.or lotion.

They are not serious but do need attention.
The nail problem is probably a fungus infection. It can be treated with over the counter meds but you should get it checked out by the doctor if its affecting most of your nails. The red dots sound like an allergy, try not wearing the watch for a while and see what happens

The nails may be a fungal infection you need medicine to get rid of it sooner than later. But all and all with the red patches too Id see a dermatologist as soon as possible there are many reasons some life threatening. Nothing to mess around with. There is also a possibility with both you've been introduced to something toxic. You should see a doctor!

I agree 100% with last 2 answers.

Infections left untreated can develop very quickly and spread to cause complications such as septicaemia (blood poisoning) and renal (kidney) infection or failure both of which can be fatal.

As a 14 year old (this is not intended to be patronising - just a fact) you probably want to look attractive to the opposite/ same sex or even both! This problem could lead to severe scarring if left untreated - not physically dangerous but possibly awful for your confidence and mental health.

Please see a qualified doctor.

Sounds like you might be allergic to the metal (possibly in the back of the face) in your watch. Stop wearing it and see if the spot goes away. Your feet might be athletes foot. You don't have to be an athlete to get it. It's easy to cure too. Go get some foot powder from Walmart (or wherever, it's common). Keep your feet dry & your shoes too. That should clear up soon. Good Luck!

Because I don't believe in western medicine, I recommend you take a look at the following website to learn about how what's going on INSIDE of your body is causing what's happening OUTSIDE of your body. You gotta clean the inside first. It's an all natural way that is sure to help you. Dr's only treat the symptoms not cure the disease.

Take a deep breath and relax. These do not sound serious at all, just kinda gross; it's perfectly natural to freak out if we find something amiss on our bodies. Just go to the doctor, it's probably something that can be cleared up easily.

don't panic. it sounds like you have a fungal infection i had the same (or sounds the same anyway). get your parents to take you to the doctors and they will prescribe a anti fungal cream and a anti fungal nail paint for your nails. stop worrying and go to the doctors there is a simple cure and you don't have to be embarrassed about it either i promise. you will be fine..........OMG she is 14 years old. some of you are gonna scare her half to death. listen lovie you will be fine you are not going to die from a fungal infection. if you don't get it seen to the worst it will do is it will spread and be a nuisance to you that's all., so please please don't panic!!!

,If i were you, i would go to the Doctors, it looks like you have a fungus infection on you feet and hands, the one under you watch is a separate issue, i think that is a metal allergy, the doc's will soon sort it.

this kind of sounds like a fungus...do really good hand washing...and i know this sounds weird but at night before you go to bed try putting vicks vapor rub on the areas in question...this is a safe and cheaper way to get rid of it if it is a fungus....not hard on the liver
