During a certain time of the day(during 1 of my classes)I just have a quick thought about urinating then all of a sudden I have almost an anxiety attack and I have to urinate.Even if I take my mind off of it, it persists. It gets so bad that I feel I have to run to the bathroom. The wierd thing is that I urinated right before the class starts and I still get this anxiety. That and when I do get to the bathroom, barely any urine comes out(I didnt have to pee). Why is this happening? What can I do?

I am not a doctor but can give you my thoughts. Since it happens every day right before the same class, it could be an anxiety response. You must really dread this class and your feelings are manifesting as physical symptoms. If this is the cause, you can learn some relaxation techniques and use them before going to this class. If all else fails, get a doctor to prescribe a mild anti-anxiety drug or get some counseling to help you deal with your fears. It will be interesting to see if the symptoms subside when you enter a new semester.

I would also recommend that you have your prostate checked out. The urge to go and not being able to go is often the first sign of a prostate issue. Being honest though, since it is the same time every day, I find this highly unlikely.

Either way, I would still call the doctor and get a checkup just to find out for sure what is causing your problem...that is the only way you will know for sure.
