Tell me what to do i am going out with this really hott guy and we both REALLY like each other (he is the brother of my old crush) But we never talk to each other EVER what should i do?

You're going out with him, but you don't talk to him? Is he a strong silent type? Or do you just have no time for talking?
Try starting a conversation about something that HE is interested in. If he likes cars, read up on the latest Porsche or something. If he likes video games, learn to play and get to know the characters. Then you'll have something to talk about.

If I'm understanding you correctly you are saying that you're going out with a really hot guy but the 2 of never, ever talk? How can that be? If you mean seriously talk about things and feelings, maybe it's too soon for that. Be patient and relax and have a good time.

call him and tell him that u 2 should hook up for a date or something. go to the movies and on the way talk to him about anything. if u don't talk then what is the reason for dating.

Ask him lots of open ended questions, not yes or no questions. If that doesn't get him talking and you aren't cool with the silence this relationship might not be going anywhere.

Call him and start a conversation that gets u talking more and he will start to like you. Or talk around school and maybe he'll ask for your number. Stop by his locker and say "hi" and get to know him before class starts. It worked for me! =)

you have to talk to him. how can you like him if you don't talk? get to know him through phone calls, email, in person! any way, just do it. there needs to be something more than just physical attraction...good luck!
