Usually it costs just as much as an indoor wedding.

My opinion it cost more than indoors but it depends on the location and what all you need. (tables, chairs, arch, flowers, etc.) Well that also goes for indoors. A wedding can be tasteful without going overboard any way. My wedding estimated approximately $4,000 (if that). Call around to check and that will give you a rough estimate on cost. Good luck. Plannin a wedding is stressful unless you have a very friendly family/friends.

it would still depend on th venue... on the beach, it doesn't really cost that much, cuz there's no rental fee- it's a public beach. just your time to get down there early & rope off reserve th spot.

... a beach in Africa, U might wanna keep an eye on air fares. for you & yours, & also both sets of parents.

beach wedding in the states, with African designs, decorations & trimmings, probably not all that much. just the added cost of getting african specified designs & fabrics & garments.
with african uniform dress & suits- THAT's the part that can get pricey. U would have to ask someone to almost design the cultural tribes colors to how they are appropriate to you.

if you're gonna have African instruments also... that could be pricey, unless U know some percussionists who have them. or just musicians who know how to get a hold of them. musicians are usually kool about accomodating you in getting together african instruments, but it's the accessing of the instruments. sometimes the accession is gonna involve money. :(

good luck. & congratulations

Depends on the venue. If it's outside in your back yard, it doesn't cost anything extra other than what you would be spending on yoru wedding already - but many public venues (e.g., parks, gardens and the like) charge a fee for a ceremony, and you would need to contact a specific venue to find out the details.

I was going to do an outdoor wedding but didn't because it was going to cost more than an indoor wedding.

You need to rent twice the chairs for the ceremoney and receptios, tables, linens/napkins, silverwear (several of each because people use more than one fork, spoon, etc.) more than enough glasses - water, champagne, wine (again, people use more than one), sometimes the caterer needs special accomodations, too, and a dance floor.

Honsetly an Outdoor Wedding can cost much more than an indoor.

You need to rent tents, washrooms, chairs, tables, linens, dishes, glassware, flatware.

Not to mention getting a liqour permit for a tent is much harder and more costly.

It depends on the venue. You need to provide more information. If it is at a park, or someone's home it is going to be cheaper than on the beach or outdoors at a posh country club.
